Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Implement financial controls and process improvements
- Collaborate with CPAs and tax professionals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and clients
- Professional certification (e.g., CB, CPB) preferred
- Multilingual (Spanish/English) highly valued
