Responsibilities
- Execute weekend-end month-end closing procedures with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank accounts weekly
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for advanced financial modeling and forecasting
- Collaborate with auditors during weekend compliance reviews
- Maintain meticulous financial records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support senior accountants with ad-hoc financial analysis projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Experience with weekend/shift-based work schedules
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
