Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create accurate quarterly and annual forecasts
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting and strategic planning
- Prepare detailed variance reports and performance metrics for executive review
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives to optimize operational efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- SAP or Oracle ERP system expertise
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Proven ability to work in deadline-driven environments
