- Implement and optimize QuickBooks systems for multi-client portfolios
- Coordinate with tax professionals for quarterly filings and compliance
- Develop custom financial reports to guide strategic business decisions
- Train junior staff on accounting protocols and software best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Proven track record of managing multi-client accounting systems
