Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multiple departments
- Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies during financial examinations
- Implement and optimize accounting systems and internal controls
- Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in tech or finance
- Expertise in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls
- Proven experience managing high-volume transaction processing
