Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end closings
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
- Mentor junior accounting staff and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven experience with financial reporting and tax compliance
