Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable with 99.8% accuracy rate
- Coordinate quarterly tax filings and annual audits
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online workflows
- Lead month-end closing processes with zero material adjustments
- Mentor junior bookkeepers using proprietary training systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years hands-on bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and SOX regulations
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Proven track record of reducing AR/AP cycles by 30%+
