Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with emphasis on GAAP compliance
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and optimize cash flow management
- Coordinate internal/external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop financial models and variance analyses for operational decision-making
- Maintain robust financial controls and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years' progressive experience
- CPA certification strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Demonstrated success in multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in manufacturing or service industry preferred
