Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end/quarter-end close, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow forecasting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for executive leadership
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Lead tax preparation processes and coordinate with external auditors
- Maintain accurate financial records in NetSuite ERP system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (NetSuite experience highly valued)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Active CPA license or in final stages of certification
