Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify timekeeping data and reconcile discrepancies with HR and department heads
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (KS, MO, OK)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and employee benefits enrollments
- Prepare and submit quarterly payroll tax filings and year-end W-2s
- Collaborate with auditors during annual payroll compliance reviews
- Maintain confidential employee payroll records and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, KS DOL regulations, and multi-state payroll compliance
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and data analysis abilities
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven track record of zero-error payroll processing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
