Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (FLSA, FICA, WI state laws)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies within SLA
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll-related audits and reporting
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
- Support year-end closing and W-2 distribution activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or PHR certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, multi-state taxation, and garnishment laws
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and payroll software proficiency
- Proven ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail (0.1% error tolerance)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
