Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and industry trends to assess borrower risk
- Prepare detailed credit memos and recommendations for loan approvals
- Monitor existing portfolios for early identification of potential delinquencies
- Collaborate with lending teams to structure optimal credit terms
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal credit policies
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for high-exposure accounts

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling software, and credit reporting tools
- Strong understanding of cash flow analysis and debt service coverage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Credit certification (CCE, CCCA) preferred
