Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across TX and LA
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies monthly
- Administer 401(k) enrollments and benefits deductions
- Generate payroll reports for executive team and auditors
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Stay updated on FLSA and state labor regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience (ADP preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Multi-state payroll tax compliance expertise
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- PHR or CPP certification strongly preferred
- Proven ability to meet strict payroll deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration
