Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll for 500+ employees bi-weekly
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage time and attendance systems and resolve discrepancies
- Handle garnishments, deductions, and wage calculations
- Generate payroll reports and assist in year-end processing
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll-related matters
- Maintain confidential employee records and payroll data
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and AZ payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
