Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax withholdings with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and external auditors
- Stay current on FLSA, IRS, and New Mexico labor law updates
- Support year-end tax filings and W-2 distribution
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll tasks
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with ADP systems
- FPC or CPP certification strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and NM labor regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Proven track record of zero payroll audit findings
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Remote work experience with self-discipline
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
