Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state (Alaska), and local tax regulations
- Manage time and attendance systems and reconcile discrepancies
- Administer benefits enrollments, deductions, and garnishments
- Prepare payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within 24 hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience (ADP preferred)
- Proficiency in payroll tax compliance (Alaska-specific knowledge a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- PHR or CPP certification strongly preferred
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
