Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP/Greenhouse systems
- Calculate and garnish wage deductions, bonuses, and commissions
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with 100% accuracy
- Prepare and submit quarterly tax filings and year-end W-2s
- Implement payroll process improvements for efficiency gains
- Maintain strict compliance with federal/state labor regulations
- Support HR with payroll-related employee inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- ADP/Greenhouse certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, multi-state tax laws, and garnishment rules
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with flawless execution
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
