Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide personalized financial guidance and product recommendations to clients
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict compliance protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism via in-person and digital channels
- Actively identify opportunities to promote bank products and services
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets
- Safeguard sensitive customer information and uphold security standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
