Responsibilities
- Process daily accounts payable and receivable transactions with high precision.
- Perform nightly bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
- Generate and review nightly financial reports, including cash flow statements.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Support the finance leadership team with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
