As part of our 24/7 operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting our monthly close processes.

Responsibilities
- Manage Daily Transactions: Process accounts payable and receivable invoices with 100% accuracy.
- Reconciliation: Perform nightly bank reconciliations and credit card statements to ensure data integrity.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and variance reports.
- General Ledger: Maintain the general ledger by recording daily entries and resolving discrepancies.
- Compliance: Ensure all accounting activities adhere to GAAP and internal company policies.
- Support: Collaborate with the day shift team to facilitate a smooth transition of financial data.
- Documentation: Maintain organized, up-to-date filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience; Night shift experience is a plus.
- Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar ERP systems; Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) are mandatory.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with the finance team and management.
- License: CPA certification is highly preferred but not strictly required.
