Responsibilities
- Process and prioritize high-volume invoice payments within SLAs
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Maintain accurate AP records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with procurement and departments on payment inquiries
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
- Optimize payment processing workflows for efficiency
- Assist in month-end closing activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume AP experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Accounts Payable certification (CPA preferred)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
