Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and market conditions to inform investment strategies
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasting reports for C-suite leadership
- Prepare detailed variance analysis and performance metrics for 15+ business units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation and resource planning
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visual dashboards
- Lead quarterly financial reviews and annual budgeting processes
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in investment or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau experience a plus)
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Series 7/63 or FINRA licenses (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Experience with regulatory compliance reporting (SEC, FINRA)
