Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and planning
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation
- Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel and BI tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
