Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing to ensure timely payments and accurate invoicing.
- Perform bank reconciliation tasks on a monthly basis to maintain accurate financial records.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, under the supervision of senior staff.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and electronic filing systems.
- Assist with tax preparation activities and compliance documentation as required.
- Conduct data entry into the company ERP system with a high degree of accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is required.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
