- Prepare Detailed Credit Reports: Generate accurate and insightful credit analysis reports, including risk ratings and recommendations for approval or denial.
- Monitor Credit Limits: Regularly review existing accounts to ensure that credit limits align with current financial performance and market conditions.
- Collaborate with Lending Teams: Work closely with loan officers and portfolio managers to provide data-driven insights that support lending decisions.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all internal credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards to maintain compliance and mitigate risk.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and economic indicators that may impact credit risk.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in credit analysis, risk management, or financial analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and financial modeling software.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex financial data and identify key trends.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
