Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve account discrepancies
- Cross-sell financial products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts)
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Operate digital banking tools and assist with online/mobile banking
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Familiarity with BSA/AML regulations
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and credit check
