Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll cycles
- Prepare financial statements and tax documentation
- Implement bookkeeping software solutions (QuickBooks proficiency required)
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with CFO on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and MS Excel (Advanced functions)
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with high accuracy
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Ohio tax regulations
- Certification (e.g., CB) preferred
