Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage vendor relationships and expense tracking systems
- Support audits and implement internal controls
- Collaborate with CFO on budget forecasting and financial planning
- Train staff on accounting software protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation highly valued
