Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile multi-client accounting systems with zero-error tolerance
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain vendor/client relationships
- Prepare monthly financial statements and executive dashboards
- Implement QuickBooks solutions for diverse industry portfolios
- Coordinate tax documentation and audit preparations
- Optimize cash flow processes and financial forecasting models
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and Oklahoma state regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance + 3+ years bookkeeping experience
- Expert QuickBooks Online/Desktop certification (QB ProAdvisor preferred)
- Advanced Excel proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Proven multi-state payroll processing experience
- Intuit QuickBooks and Xero integration capabilities
- IRS Enrolled Agent or CPA candidate status strongly preferred
