Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process complex accounts payable/receivable and payroll cycles
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Implement and optimize accounting software integrations
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with CFO on budget forecasting and analysis
- Manage vendor relationships and contract renewals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting abilities
- Experience in fintech or professional services industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
