Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger adjustments.
- Process payroll for all employees using [Software Name].
- Prepare and review financial reports, including P&L statements and balance sheets.
- Assist with quarterly and annual tax preparation.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic tax regulations.
- Must be available to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
