Responsibilities
- Maintain precise financial records including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries
- Process payroll and reconcile bank statements with meticulous attention to detail
- Generate monthly financial reports and assist with tax preparation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for efficient data management and analysis
- Collaborate with auditors and senior finance leadership during compliance reviews
- Support month-end closing processes and financial forecasting initiatives
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial data integrity
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift availability
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record of maintaining error-free financial records
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with payroll processing and financial reporting
- Relevant certifications (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor) a plus
