Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity accounting systems using QuickBooks Online Enterprise
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with variance analysis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and oversee payroll processing
- Coordinate annual audits and tax preparation with external CPA firms
- Implement process improvements for financial controls and reporting accuracy
- Support CFO with strategic financial modeling and budget forecasting
- Train staff on accounting software updates and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience with multi-location businesses
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Proven experience with month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax compliance requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders
