Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable and payroll
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts with meticulous attention
- Generate monthly financial reports and variance analyses for leadership
- Maintain accurate digital filing systems for compliance and audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and financial planning
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows for efficiency

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with night shift preference
