Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable with weekly/monthly reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and tax documentation packages
- Manage payroll processing and employee expense reports
- Conduct bank account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Proficient in payroll processing (ADP/QuickBooks Payroll)
- Strong analytical skills with high accuracy standards
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
