Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and process financial transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
- Maintain accurate accounting records using QuickBooks/Excel
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Process payroll and tax filings (quarterly)
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (required)
- Attention to detail with 10-key calculator skills
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with multi-state accounting preferred
