Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Identify and cross-sell bank products/services to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate channels
- Open new accounts and assist with loan applications
- Balance daily transactions and report discrepancies promptly
- Participate in branch promotional events and community outreach
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and financial software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask effectively
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
