Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes for 200+ vendors
- Process high-volume invoices (500+ monthly) with 99.9% accuracy
- Conduct 3-way matching for PO/invoice/receipt documentation
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize early payment discounts
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers with GL accounts monthly
- Implement process improvements using SAP and Oracle ERP
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP department
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Expertise in 1099 processing and tax compliance
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
