Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero).
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with tax documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Experience with payroll processing is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
