Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll cycles
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls
- Collaborate with tax preparation team for documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Expert knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Professional certification (e.g., CPB, AIPB) a plus
