Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and expense reports
- Manage payroll processing for 15+ clients
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement financial controls and internal audits
- Collaborate with CPAs on year-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks Online certification or equivalent proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Knowledge of Oregon payroll tax regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with multi-client accounting systems
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
