Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions
- Process payroll, tax filings, and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Generate monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Manage bank account reconciliations and credit card statements
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for real-time financial data management

Qualifications
