Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized financial guidance and problem-solving
- Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records daily
- Actively identify and cross-sell banking products tailored to customer needs
- Uphold strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
- Assist with new account openings and basic account maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework preferred)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fraud detection and cash balancing experience a plus
