Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products/services
- Maintain cash drawer compliance, perform daily audits, and safeguard customer assets
- Open new accounts, process check cashing, and assist with complex transactions
- Uphold strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and service metrics
- Utilize core banking systems while maintaining confidential customer information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proven ability to perform basic arithmetic and financial calculations
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
