Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ client portfolios
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger entries
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Prepare sales tax filings and payroll tax submissions
- Implement QuickBooks optimizations for workflow efficiency
- Support annual audits with organized documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Deep understanding of GAAP principles
- Expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
- Professional certification (e.g., CB, AIPB) preferred
