Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance
- Oversee budget tracking and expense reporting systems
- Implement internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with CPA firm during audits
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for daily operations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation a major plus
