Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses with precise attention to detail
- Maintain organized digital records using QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Assist with tax preparation documentation and quarterly financial reporting
- Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with CFO to develop budget forecasts and financial strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks certification
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Expert proficiency in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing accurately
- Strong understanding of sales tax compliance and multi-state accounting
- Exceptional time management skills with ability to meet strict deadlines
- Professional certification (e.g., CB, AAP) highly valued
