- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable with daily processing

- Maintain accurate QuickBooks databases with daily updates
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with CFO on budget forecasting and financial strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience with daily transaction handling
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Proven track record of reconciling high-volume accounts
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation highly desirable
