Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile complex general ledger accounts
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with 99% accuracy
- Process payroll and tax filings quarterly
- Generate financial statements and management reports
- Implement internal controls for audit compliance
- Leverage QuickBooks Online for real-time data management
- Coordinate with auditors and tax professionals

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
