Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all invoices are processed timely and accurately.
- Support external audit requirements and tax filings as needed.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional accounting experience (Corporate environment preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
